Everything You Need to Know Before You Travel.

What is required to book a journey?

A deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount depends on the size of your group. We’ll also request a copy of your passport to confirm accommodations.

Can I book my own hotels, or do you offer a full package?

Both options are available. You’re welcome to book your own hotels—we’ll handle all other logistics. Alternatively, we can recommend a selection of properties for you to choose from.

Will I have a tour guide during my trip?

Our journeys typically include a licensed Tour Director. However, if you prefer to travel independently, we’re happy to support you with logistics only.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers at the time of booking. Upon arrival, the remaining balance can be paid either by bank transfer or in cash.

What is included in the price?

– A licensed Tour Director
– Private vehicle (car, minivan, or bus) with a licensed driver, based on group size
– Daily bottled mineral water and onboard Wi-Fi
– Daily breakfasts
– All entrance fees as outlined in your final itinerary

What is not included in the price?

– Gratuities for your Tour Director, driver, and hotel porters
– International or domestic airfare
– Lunches and dinners not specified in your itinerary
– Travel insurance

Do I need a visa for my trip?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Travelers from most North American and European countries do not need a visa and may stay in Morocco for up to 90 days.

What travel documents should I bring?

A valid passport is required. Depending on your nationality, a visa may also be necessary.

Do I need to purchase travel insurance?

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against medical emergencies, flight cancellations, and lost or delayed baggage.

How do I book my trip?

You can book your tour via our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend booking early to ensure availability.

Will I receive a confirmation after booking?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your itinerary, payment receipt, and key contact details.

Can I book for a group?

Absolutely. We welcome both individual travelers and groups of all sizes.

Can I customize my itinerary?

Yes. All our tours are tailor-made. We will design the itinerary around your preferences, whether you’re interested in culture, nature, cuisine, or a specific region.

Will I have local assistance during my trip?

Yes. In addition to your Tour Director, our support team is available throughout your journey to assist with any needs or emergencies.
